‘Move Illinois’ Program. As a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), specific
responsibilities include the following:
o Responsible to create, manage and maintain the Master Program Schedule for the entire 15 years
Move Illinois program.
o Responsible to manage and maintain the ‘Design Look ahead’ and the ‘Bid Letting Schedule’, which
publishes on the Tollway website biweekly.
o Responsible to issue ‘design & construction’ major milestones report to the Chief Engineer of the
program.
o Supports the preparation of the annual design & construction schedule and associated budget.
o Supports in the production of the project forecasting & earned value analyses, cash-flow, Quarterly
Financial Report (QFR) and variance tracking.
o Supports the preparation of the schedule and budget related reporting using Primavera P6 and MS
Excel, in addition to the program specific custom databases.
o Tracks design deliverables, ROW, utilities and creates biweekly design look-ahead reports;
coordinates critical schedule dates with the PM, CM, the Illinois tollway and other stakeholders.
o Creates and develops special scenario and informal reports; and integrates existing schedules within
